Each bespoke project is carefully illustrated by hand by Lauren, then engraved in our Parisian workshop. The timeline can vary slightly depending on the type of order and the time of year — but here’s what you can generally expect.

1. Design phase: 5 to 10 working days

After receiving your brief, Lauren will begin the design process. This includes:

• One refined draft sent to you by email

• Time for you to send feedback (within 48 hours)

• One included round of revisions, if needed

This stage usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of your design and our current order queue.

2. Engraving and production: 5 to 8 working days

Once your design is finalized and approved, we prepare it for engraving. This can include:

• Custom stamps

• Signet rings

• Wax seals

• Embossers

Engraving and manufacturing typically require 5 to 8 business days, depending on the object and the atelier’s schedule.

3. Shipping time: depends on destination

• France: 2 to 4 business days (via La Poste or courier)

• Europe: 5 to 10 business days

• International: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination and customs

We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.

If you have a specific deadline — a birthday, wedding, departure, or special event — let us know when placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, or suggest thoughtful alternatives if the timing is too tight. We also have an express order option for a small extra fee, which enables us to give your order top priority. You may select this option when placing your order.
