💔 What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 6 months ago
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. All our parcels are sent with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
However, in rare cases, a parcel may be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit. Here’s what to do in each situation:
📮 If your package appears lost
- Check the tracking link sent to you by email (don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it). 
- Contact your local post office — sometimes parcels are being held or have been delivered to a neighbor. 
- Email us at [email protected] — we’ll help investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier. 
In some cases, especially with international shipments, delays may occur due to customs or temporary postal disruptions.
📦 If your package arrives damaged
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally parcels can be damaged in transit. If this happens:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item as soon as you receive it. 
- Email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with the photos and a brief description of the issue. 
- We will assess the situation and, if the damage is confirmed, we’ll do our best to offer a solution: a replacement, repair, or another appropriate resolution depending on the case.
