Because each piece we create is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on custom-made or made-to-order items.

Why we don’t accept returns or refunds

Each ex-libris, stamp, seal, or signet ring is:

• Illustrated by hand

• Designed to your personal brief

• Engraved or produced specifically for you

For this reason, all personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, in accordance with French consumer protection law for bespoke goods.

What if there’s a mistake in your order?

If something seems incorrect (e.g. a spelling error or issue with the final product), please let us know right away at [email protected].
We will always review the situation carefully and do our best to find a solution, especially if the issue is on our side.

For non-personalized items

Some small accessories or stationery items may be eligible for a return or exchange if they are not personalized. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
