We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. All our parcels are sent with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
However, in rare cases, a parcel may be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit. Here’s what to do in each situation:
📮 If your package appears lost
Check the tracking link sent to you by email (don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it).
Contact your local post office — sometimes parcels are being held or have been delivered to a neighbor.
Email us at [email protected] — we’ll help investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
In some cases, especially with international shipments, delays may occur due to customs or temporary postal disruptions.
📦 If your package arrives damaged
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally parcels can be damaged in transit. If this happens:
Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item as soon as you receive it.
Email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with the photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will assess the situation and, if the damage is confirmed, we’ll do our best to offer a solution: a replacement, repair, or another appropriate resolution depending on the case.
