šŸ’¬ How to give good feedback on the design?Updated 4 months ago

To make the most of your included revision, it’s important that your feedback isĀ clear, specific, and timely.

We kindly ask that you send your feedbackĀ within 48 hours of receiving the draft — this helps keep the project fresh in both your mind and Lauren’s, ensuring a smoother creative flow and faster delivery.

Here are a few tips for effective feedback:

  • Be as specific as possible: Instead of saying ā€œIt doesn’t feel quite right,ā€ say ā€œCould we make the tree smaller and move the name lower?ā€
  • Mention what you love: Highlight the parts that feel perfect to you — this helps us preserve what’s working while adjusting what’s not.

  • Use visuals if needed: You can send a screenshot with notes or circle areas you'd like to change. Keep in mind that the design is destined to be engraved on a stamp / signet rign / seal / or embosser, and that it will be small, so excessive detail will not be visible.

  • Gather your feedback before sending: Take a moment to review the draft fully and reflect — this allows us to address all your notes in a single, cohesive revision.

The clearer your feedback, the more accurate and satisfying the result.
